Renewableenergy105 / Biomass Energy

Biomass is the organic, i.e, the biodegradable part of agricultural products and waste, animal waste, forest residues and all kinds of waste resulting from domestic and industrial human activities. Since biomass energy is formed through photosynthesis by plants converting solar energy into chemical energy and storing them in their bodies, the source of this type of energy is also the Sun. Biomass materials, which are at the same time considered as organic carbon, can be processed and used in different areas such as heating, electricity generation, and vehicle fuel.
