People are in constant interaction with the effect of digitalization and technology, and the trail of data left during the use of the internet is called digital footprint.

Although digital transformation is thought to have a positive effect on the fight against climate change as it allows many activities to be done remotely, the CO 2 emission caused by the production, use and data transfer of digital devices is quite high.
